TEXAS HOLDEM FIXED LIMIT LEADERBOARDS €30,000 IN PRIZES
In November we have 4 VIP Races exclusively for Texas Holdem Fixed Limit players. There are 4 different races with only VIP points earned at Holdem Fixed Limit tables counting towards the leaderboards. There are 2 Low Limit races and 2 High Limit races. Low limit is all Holdem Fixed Limit games with up to €0.50/€1 blinds. High limit is all Holdem Fixed Limit games with blinds over €0.50/€1. The two first races will be held between the 1st to the 15th of November and the last two between the 16th and 30th of November. All leaderboards will be presented on the http://www.entractionpromo.com/ website. November VIP-Races Terms and Conditions 1. All players will automatically participate in “November VIP-Races”.
2. “November VIP-Races” prizes will be rewarded according to the leader board, which is final.
3. “November VIP-Races” scores and prizes presented by Entraction Network are undisputable and final.
4. The prizes will be paid according to the leader boards as cash to winners' poker account no later than December 10th, 2009.
5. “November VIP-Races” prize is not deductable from any other bonuses or promotions.
6. The team play is strictly forbidden. If evidence arises that more than one person has played on a poker account, the account will be disqualified from this campaign.
7. Poker accounts cannot be utilized for the “November VIP-Races” purposes more than 16 hours per day. If evidence arises that a poker account has been used more than 16 hours per day for the “November VIP-Races” purposes, the account will be disqualified from this campaign.
8. If a player is disqualified from “November VIP-Races” the whole leader board will be shifted up with one place.
9. In case of a tie between players final score, an average amount of their combined prizes will be paid out.
10. Entraction Network reserves the right to close any account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this campaign and confiscate paid prizes on such accounts.
11. Entraction Network reserves the right to reasonably use player’s nickname for marketing purposes and in future promotions without additional compensation.
12. Entraction Network reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional offer as well as changing the criteria for taking part of the offer at any time regardless of any information given in conjunction with the offer.
13. The original English version of this Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of this Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail. |
