You can easily track how many VIP points you have earned by going to the Cashier and then selecting My Transactions > Poker VIP.  There you can select a date range to see how many VIP points you have earned in total.  Even easier still you can just check your VIP point balance at the bottom left of the poker client (becide your Poker Balance).  Please note that this is your VIP point balance and does not include any VIP Points you may have spent on entering tournaments.
